Exercise Type: Run

Mid-morning run w/ Petro. Started out pretty stiff but I loosened up after about 1.5 miles. Felt pretty effortless. My cardio felt strong and legs weren't tired. Hopefully I'll be able to drop the pace about 30 seconds/mile without too much of a struggle over the next couple weeks. I just want training to be back to normal, but it will take time. Having trouble being patient at this point.
