Was not very happy about this at the start of the workout, thought it would fry me for Friday. The bowl was incredibly muddy and just got worse as we went going. I am a little paranoid about getting sick right now so I wasn't happy about the rain. All of that aside, this was a fun workout bc of the mud/rain and not that hard at all. I feel pretty fine right now. Did a shorter warmup bc the guys got started while I was in the training room. The vast majority of these were around 83, with the last 6 or so working down from about 81 to 75. I just tried to stay right behind Keyser the whole time and not strain too much. 10 minute cooldown.
