Weather: Sunny and nice

Comments:
I did a hill workout today. Two mile warmup, and then 5 hill surges (2:13, 2:06, 2:05, 2:04, 1:57) followed in between by a jog back down to the start. They were really tough and I know I was working really hard to hit those times, maybe harder than I should have been. I followed that up with a two mile cooldown.
