Weather: Nice out Sunny and 70s

Comments:
Good run, started off slow, built well. Had a nice steady 170 HR pace till downhill then had lower pace. Mid to high 70s for uphill. Then had a small cramp in my side. Walked it out and then started to run again. 9.2 minute mile avg. My muscles hurt from climbing / weight lifting yesterday. The last mile was good. and stretching was pathetic...
