2 K time trial

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Lap 1- I felt nice and relaxed. Nora and Katherine started with a good pace.
Lap 2,3, and 4- I started to feel a little more tired, but still felt pretty relaxed.
Lap 5- I picked up the pace a lot and kicked it in.

I think my last lap was definitely the best and probably had the best split. I feel this was the best part of my workout.

I will need to learn to pace without Katherine and Nora so eventually I should work on that.

Afterward, my legs didn't feel too bad, aside from the top of my shin mainly on my left side. This is probably due to too many miles on my old shoes.
