I felt really clumsy and out of shape on the warmup but after about the third one it wasn't too bad. Pat and Rob didn't do the workout and Matt/Kaleb did it early so I was on my own for most of them. First 2 were around 2:52, next two at like 2:48, and then the rest were at 2:45 or so until the last one, 2:36. This felt pretty easy. 11 minute cooldown to make it 9 miles total.
I felt pretty bad about taking yesterday off, but in retrospect, it might have been a good decision. The lack of sleep during hte weekend and running in the cold/dark last night would have been a bad idea.
