In the AM

Exercise Type: Run

Early morning during the usual Monday time. Legs a bit shocked to be running on this little rest (since I ran last night then this morning). Felt good through 3 miles and the my right hip starting feeling some pain. It isn't injury pain, but it feels like it is not used to moving so much. To be expected since I'm still in the early stages of training. Kept the pace relaxed today b/c I didn't want to run too hard with the smaller rest period.

Normal Campus 5 mile loop from 154.
