2k SC Indoor track time trial

I got out really fast, as usual. I felt really good the first lap, my knees were hurting a little. Then on the third lap, they started hurting even more, but it was still bearable. The last lap I was really tired from running hard and "fighting" my knees. The bands under them did help though. I could have defiantly had a better time. I had just come out of cross country and I guess I was not used to running/racing on the track yet. My knees did not help either.
