Comments:
Pleased with myself for pushing myself to do this run, felt like a bit of extra mileage would be useful, because I think I will try to do a mini-taper for the weekend. I was really tired, had an awkward day at work, and because I've been dieting, I was bonked straight away and quite dizzy throughout the run which was fun. I do like to be bloody minded though. The last couple of miles really dragged on and I was very close to giving up and walking. Weighed myself after eating and drinking and I was 69.2.
