Weather: 10:30pm run on a treadmill inside

very cool actually. It's funny how I enjoyed it. I made it hard on myself. I enjoyed watching the reflection of my legs in the dark tv monitor in front of me. I could see only my legs.. it was kinda funny how I was able to focus on that and not focus on the pain.
Also, the breathing thing is the ticket. If you focus on that arm and rhythm, you'll find you don't breath hard enough when you don't, but when you do increase rate of breathing then the pain in the legs and body in general goes down.
