Campus Loop as the warmup. Felt kind of heavy on the warmup but once we got going I was fine. 30 seconds between 200's, 3 minutes between sets. First 8 were 32/33, second 8 were 31/32, last 4 were 28, 27, 28, 27. Wasn't too hard but I could tell some lactic acid was generating. I am a little nervous about getting aerobically weaker right now so I need to make sure I keep the miles up through the next few weeks. Big Loop of fields as cooldown.
