Comments:
sore from yesterday, didnt feel great but not too bad either.we did 2x2miles threshold Cleared the sysem afterwards and felt great. I havent been logging it uch but i have been lifting twice or three times a week and doing abs a lot, along with 50+pushups every night. feeling strong. hamstring and hips are feeling mmuch better, they still are a bit sore but not really bad. The hip exercises tht i have been doing have helped
