Most times when I run I feel the stress melting off like someone opened a pressure release valve. This time however, and a few other times in the past I can remember, the stress is so bad that being alone with ones own thoughts is all you want to do.. and halfway through the run you (or first lap in this situation) you can't wait to just stop so you can go back to staring out the window from inside your warm apartment.

I did manage to get some weights in though... and even though my foot is "healed" I do notice a difference between my right and left foot now that I've gone back to the minimalist style shoes again. It's not pain, but rather the structure of the foot feels differently, less springy I hate to say.

My biggest issue these days is my back. I almost inevitably have back pain from sitting too much around the house and workplace. the only thing that takes it away is activity. I think it's an L5-S1 spondylolysthesis.
