2K Time Trial

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Chilly

Comments:
Beginning: I got out a conservative pace, not wanting to go too fast and hurt myself since I hadn't done as much running as I should have in between xc and indoor.

Middle: The next two laps felt really good. I was in a pack of girls, and felt like we kept increasing the pace, which is always satisfying.

End: By the 4th lap, Brenna and I decided we wanted to pick up the pace even more, so we pulled away from the pack. By the final lap we had passed a few runners, and my body felt pretty good still, but my breathing was getting pretty loud (probably because of the cold). Brenna and I kept on increasing our pace until it was an all-out sprint to the finish.

Thing I can improve: I think I could have run the time trial a lot faster if I had just been more motivated in the beginning.
Thing I did well: Picking up the pace at the end of my trial, especially the kick at the end.
