Comments:
did this before bobby sent out workouts, so will do the I pace miles on friday. feeling sick, which really affected my breathing and slowed me down. on some pretty hilly streets too. just going to take this bad workout in stride, i'll drink more water and OJ and hopefully by the friday workout, im healthy and ready to go fast. intended to do 2x2.5 miles at T pace, but cut it to 2x2 miles at T.
