Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
shin pain is coming back...supposed to do a 60 min run today, but i cut it down to 30 min and did 10 min on the elliptical. most likely won't be able to do the workout tomorrow, which sucks, but if i can, I'll do it on a grassy field for more cushion. if i'm not able to do the workout, i will replace next tuesday's workout with this one, since this one is harder
