Weather: sunny, warm, cool breeze
Comments:
First real run of the summer, a whole 7 miles. felt good, quick, but a good one. a couple sore spots, all from the shins down.
Didn't end up doing any workout stuff, beccause I was busy making deliciousness and buying food for the rest of the week.
