did arms, core, hips, and legs in gym for 65 minutes, biked easy (hr-120) for 70 minutes. gonna keep simulating running workouts on bike until I can run again. i'm limping while walking around like I was when I got this injury for the first time, so may take a week to heal, will email coach about it. if i keep up with workouts in the gym, i will hopefully still have a strong indoor season
