Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This one was tough out the gate. Mentally did not feel up for it, knowing that my last meal was 6pm the day before (15 hours ago), which could pose some problems. Went out with a bottle of water and 3 gels, all consumed by mile 14. This was somewhat my plan, wanting to be depleted of carbs/glyco, def. close to hitting the wall type feel. Most of the miles were 7:3x, with a few low 7:2x and a gradual w/up in the beginning. No ipod for this one, since training for Napa. Def. could of helped today with some motivating tunes. Big observation on this one is that nutrition plays a huge part of preparation. Brooks Cadence, Zoot compression.
