From House 2 to Euclid -> Adelbert -> up cedar road to Euclid Heights Blvd. -> Coventry -> Mayfield -> Kenilworth -> Overlook -> Edgehill -> Cornell to Circle Dr. (4.25 miles) -> to Mayfield, Euclid, back to House 2 (.65 miles)

first 4.25 in 26:44 (6:17)
last .65 in 4:24 (6:46)

Felt really good, pushed up Cedar hill on the way out and flew down Edgehill on the way back. Made a conscious effort to slow down after striding it out down Edgehill (the last .65). Big confidence booster that I can run at the fast end of my easy day pace (6:20-6:50) without the effort it seemed like it would when Coach assigned it to me. I'm becoming more pumped for XC with every run...
