Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Giving my knee a few days off so hitting the bike. No aggravation while biking. Did a split tempo on the bike to elevate the HR. My legs get tired before my HR rises so not sure how effective this actually was. Did the best I could w/ what I had though.
2x10min tempo pace w/ 10 min normal pace in between. 10 min wu/cd on each end.
