Comments:
2 mile warmup, 6x800 warkout (2:18-2:26)with 2:00 rest. 1st at 2:22, 2nd at 2:33, 3rd at 2:41. Done. 1 mile cool down, abs and rolled. Need to start getting into shape. New Balance Minimus. With striders, and acceleration drills.
