Right Achilles smiling at me up to mile 4. Was ready to call it a day, but started to loosen up and had to alter stride to focus on landing a little more efficiently (I think). Relaxed and felt better by mile 8, decided to finish the intended miles. Keeping my awareness up on this one. Looking to cycling for recovery tomorrow. Brooks Cadence.
