Comments:
Supposed to be 12x400, ran the first 7, averaging around 68.5, going over 70 twice. Coach said take a break for one. Then two more, 69, and 71. Then done. Window was 67-72 with 1:00 rest. Then acceleration drills. Good workout, but need to work on breathing, and mental strength. Lots of strides (intervals)
