Comments:
Felt really good, still a bit of fatigue but really a lot better. My plan is to half the amount of running this week, and so today I will run to work and slog home on the bus, so I'll be running a lot less. I decided to try to do this one as quick as possible and so I tried to keep my cadence up and runas efficiently as possible, found it fairly easy to run 34 minutes or so.
