Weather: Indoors - Treadmill
Comments:
First day running after nearly a year long break from from exercising. Very tough but worth it. Ran 1 Mile at a 10 min pace and then walked for 1/4 of a mile then ran the remaining 3/4 mile at the 10 min pace all on a tread mill.
