Comments:
Day 2: Lifted weights today. As with running, haven't lifted in a long time consistently. Worked out here and there over the year but nothing consistent. Worked on chest and triceps. Did numerous lifts of 10 reps in 3 sets with light weight to not completely destroy my muscles.
