Comments:
it rained a bunch last night, so i ran on the roads-- the normal 8mile loop, and i made the right turn this time. at first i wasn't feeling so hot. my legs were just tired and not really feeling it. for the first few miles, i ran 7min pace, then picked it up a bit as i started to feel better. i realized i probably couldn't get the overall pace down to 6:30, but i tried. even though it was a little wet, it wasn't raining, and the temperature was high 50s-- perfect. got back, did steeple flexibility and single leg squats, stretched, and planks for abs.
