Comments:
Day 5: Today is day 3 of running. Like day 2 of running, i ran 2 miles constant at a 9:30 mile pace. Running day 2 was a good day for me because i pushed myself which gave me high-point to strive for every day. Next week i will push myself again and try to up the pace or increase the distance so that i have a consistent increase in progress.
