There were so many people at Veale today! Well I guess compared to the last couple weeks and that was 1-3 people so lots more. Between passing out getting my blood drawn and the snow storm that was supposed to hit I decided to do a shorter workout with Adah today...so 4x200. 33/33/33/33
Then cooled down and abs with Blaire!
Hopefully next weeks workouts go better than this week but I did what I could.
