Weather: low 60s, windy

Comments:
two miles, 2 min break, 1 mile at T pace. felt pretty out of shape, but the shin felt fine. 11:08 and 5:30 in trainers. felt really tired during the warmup because of my recently inconsistent sleep due to work and the faster run yesterday. will be taking tomorrow as a fully x-training day.
