Comments:
Plus 20 minutes on the bike, it was bit over 6 miles biking. Felt actually pretty good the whole time. Ran in my new shoes, so my feet hurt a bit. The bottom of the right one quite a bit, kind of stress-fracture-ish... but I'll tough it out.
