Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wanted to try a short run today to see how the knee was feeling. The route was a bit hilly and snow covered b/c Columbus sucks at clearing roads, but no pain! I didn't even feel as much as a flinch of pain. This is great news. I'm gonna take this as a sign that I can start running again, but I need a whole new plan. I'm thinking low mileage with a long run and a workout each week. I'm afraid that if I jack mileage up too fast and panic I will be right back where I started, injured. Let's give it another try!

ps. this run felt like crap, and it was really hard to breathe. To be expected and something to work from.
