Ran at the concrete Heritage Middle School Track after school. 2 miles up and then 5 x 1 mile w/2:30 rest including a 200 meter jog. Ran

1k of total jogging in between plus a mile cool down for 8.7 on the day.
Felt very heavy and sluggish while warming up. Not a bad workout considering only about the 2nd track workout I have done in forever. Pretty controlled the first 4 and then pushed the last 800 on the last one. Pleased with this one but I have a long way to go!
