Ran our obstacle course today at our range, which consists of 2.5 mile run with different stations along the way consisting of pullups, low crawl, the 10 step ups with each foot, 10 scissor kicks, 10 pushups, 10 situps, balance beam, set of 4 rabbit hops, and finished off with a 6 foot wall
