Pace much closer to where I want it so that was a positive. Every run is still super painful. The pace I go doesn't even matter. I felt the same today as I did going super slow several days ago. The breathing is still off. The breaths are completely through my mouth and very short. I'm definitely not getting the O2 I need. It starts almost as soon as I start. I'm going to try doing some belly breathing exercises focus a lot more on controlling my breathing and see where that takes me.

What about this weather! Shorts and a t-shirt in February!
