Comments:
2.5 mile warmup, short stretching, rushed to the line for the mile at the mac, ran 4:28 after conversion, went out slow because Ryan was supposed to lead but never took the lead so I led, 2 min cooldown, 5 min warmup, 4x4 (54), 1 mile cooldown. Feels good to run faster again
