5:45 first mile, 6:00 middle mile, sub 6 last mile, 39 second final 200

Start was a fight to get on the inside, lots of elbows. Felt really comfortable throughout the race, drafted off of two girls for a while, don't remember what went on the last mile. Coastal girl passed me-should have gone with her (but her final time was 17:59). Final 200 felt very fast and fun:) good race:) PR
