workout day. conference week, 2 mile warmup, stretch, drills, 4x100m (19,18,17,16) with 1 min jog between, 3x1k at variable pace (2:58, 3:00, 3:06) first one was thresh for 400 then hard 600, second was thresh 600 and hard 400, third was thresh 600 hard 400 with 3 min jog recov, then 4x300 (52, 47, 48, 47) with 2 min jog recov, 2 mile cooldown, stretch, slight lift
