chill run. normally monday is supposed to be faster, but the group i was with wanted to go more relaxed so that's what i did. anyway, the focus of this week is to build mileage and cross-train fairly intensely, so this run plays along into that. calves still feel incredibly tight from saturday, but shins are healing up well. may do some very light plyos tomorrow after the workout if shin is up to it
