Comments:
Today my shins weren't as bad, however my ankles were extremely sore. I feel like running down the hill is putting alot of strain on them which effects me the rest of the time. It is frustrating for me because I feel as though my stamina is there and I could easily keep up, but the pain in my shins and ankles is drastically slowing me down.
