Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool but I took my headband and gloves off... but then I got cold again.

Comments:
I did 400s and our pace was 1:45-46. With Dana; we done good. This workout was pretty hood. Four minute cycles but the rest seemed to be getting shorter and shorter (it was jog rest).

Does anyone feel like punching running-log in the face when you put it all your splits and it just blatantly disregards all your hard work and scrambles your times and distances? I do.
