bus loops again

Weather: cold

10 x 300m loops on 2 min rest with a 4 min rest after the 5th one, felt fine maybe a little tired towards the end, nice and strong at the end of most intervals and was able to pull through and finish well, hitting around 50 secs for each one i guess, felt a lot easier than the 9 of these that we did in indoor
