Weather: 70 - warm clear skies - light breeze
Comments:
Terrible run. Missed yesterday due to meetings and didn't make it up. Sorely regretting that now. It took 3 miles just to loosen up a little. My right quad/or it band or hip flexor was about 6 on a scale to 10. Used Eryn's stick for a quick massage - stretched out at home and iced it for a bit. Getting ready for another 8 miler on Saturday.
