Saturday Run at E. La Loma Park

Weather: low to mid 50's - morning clouds

Comments:
Halfers were supposed to do 8, I think I did closer to 10 (according to Mike). Felt pretty good - right quad was a little uncomfortable (about a 3). Used Eryn's stick right after the run and that seemed to help. Also stretched out a bit more. Fritos and water. Had a gu gel around 4 miles. OVerall felt pretty good!
