Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 33 minutes around Hellertown, and felt pretty decent. I think I can get my legs back under me before Patriots for a nice finish. Ran a pretty dumb, flat loop and one of the trainers taped my ankle like a football player before the run, which I realized I had to get rid of 5 minutes in.
