Weather: sunny but windy and cool
Comments:
Red lobster and bike bath to past DO. Started off feeling ok but right quad started to hurt. Did some walking with a student who was in hurting - ran up and back a few times to get mileage in. Used tiger balm at night and felt some relief but did not use anything the next day (no exercise and everything felt tight. Ordered a stick massager and hopefully that will help.
