Comments:
ran with tim corey ckells peter and a-lin. up around the second lake, then bumped out to eaton and back shaker to west park and to veale. ~8mi. took it real easy.
then steeple practice for the first time in a while. we did some legit hurdle run-throughs, despite not working at all for the past few weeks. it felt good, comfortable, but now my hips are real sore.
