Really pissed that I didn't run the past couple days. Planned on only taking thursday off, ended up missing yesterday too. Fuck, I need to start really training if I'm going to do well in the CLE 10k. This week wasn't terrible, but I can't afford to be bitching out so much. Eating better and drinking less would probably help too.
