Comments:
Found an incline at the Innis rd park. Started running that trail. Then I headed down the trail south with no elevation change. First my legs felt fine and I could not get my breathing feeling good. Then I felt my side stitch for a few miles. I sucked in my gut and got rd of it after a while. My quads burned by the end. The day after my legs feel tired. I did have a good slow (11:00) pace going for a bit.
